SureVera is a mobile application that displays official government health inspection grades for restaurants and hotels across the United States. We are committed to respecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle data.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. SureVera is designed to work without requiring any account creation or personal information.

The short version: SureVera does not require an account, does not collect your name or email, does not track you, and does not sell any data. We only use your location (with your permission) to find nearby restaurants and hotels, and your push token (if you enable notifications) to send grade-change alerts.

SureVera is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. Since SureVera does not collect personal information and requires no account, there is no way for a child to provide identifiable data. Any server-side data can be permanently deleted at any time using the "Delete My Data" button in the app's Help screen.
